Goal focused program, technique training and enthusiastic private coaching for one or two people. Ranging from 30 minutes to an hour at the Karaka based Studio of Robert Smith Training.

Do it yourself at your own home or gym with the RST customised program. Initial consult with goal setting, an individually tailored workout plan, scheduled follow ups and check-ins on progress and testing.

Group Workout

GROUP FITNESS
