Big Transformations. Small Beginnings

As a qualified Personal Trainer, I am here to provide professional guidance, personalised workouts, plans, accountability and motivation during your health and fitness journey. 
My passion is to see all clients achieve their goals and gain confidence in themselves. I've worked with those just getting started with their fitness journey to professional athletes, and have experience working to a wide variety of goals, needs and health or injury barriers. 

My clients have found long term results far beyond body fat loss and scale numbers, like;
- Turning insurance company rejection letters into accepted 

- Increased fitness to compete in events and tackle multi-day hikes
- Lifting 200% of bodyweight with safe technique
- Self confidence, mental boundaries and wellbeing improvement
- Better posture and knowledge of injury reducing techniques for daily movement

I truly believe that we can all progress our physical and mental wellbeing given the correct motivation and tools. Being a Personal Trainer allows me to give support, enthusiasm and knowledge to those who want to make a change. I'm excited to hear your goals and start seeing these changes one achievable step at a time.

Maximise your valuable time with one on one sessions as I create tailored programs for you to reach your specific goals. Individual fitness levels, learning styles, past injuries, work commitments and current lifestyle is all taken into account to ensure the best chance at success. Flexibility to hold sessions at location of your choice.

MEASURED PROGRESS

All clients undergo initial testing based on your personal goals, including body measurements, vitals, mindset towards exercise and strength and fitness testing. These are then monitored and re-tested at regular periods to ensure progress is on track and to reflect on just how far you have come.

PRIVATE FACILITY

Feel confident in a space of your own. There will be just be you and your trainer in the studio. That means no lines for equipment, sole charge over the playlist and room to focus on your workout distraction free. We have all the suitable equipment needed for you to achieve your goals in an exclusive space where only one session is booked at a time.

Intense Workout

Semi-Private
Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training sessions will be commencing in March 2023.
These motivating and intimate training sessions will see 3-4 people following personalised workout plans in our studio with our qualified trainer.

 

Personalised Program

Initial consult with goal setting and a personalised fitness program that can be used at home or at a gym. These will include scheduled follow ups and check-ins on progress and testing.

One on One or Duo Training

For maximum results using goal focused plans, technique training and enthusiastic coaching. Ranging from 30 minutes to an hour at the Karaka Lakes based Studio of Robert Smith Training.
